Barry Cunningham - Life Business Consultant
Barry Cunningham is a QLife Business Consultant, as well as an APS Brokerage Director and advanced sales generalist, specializing in Pension Rescue and Index Universal Life products. Barry has 15 years of insurance industry experience, 9 of which were spent in operational management with insurance carriers or Third Party Administrators with the balance in sales and service in the advance sales market place. Barry received his Bachelors of Arts, May 1993 from Point Loma Nazarene University , in San Diego California . He earned his Masters of Arts, June 1998 for the University of Phoenix , in Phoenix AZ & his Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) in 2006. Barry is currently working towards his Charter Life Underwriter (CLU) designation through American College .

Jonathan Fishman -
Case Manager
Jonathan is the internal Case Manager for QLife. Jonathan began his career in the insurance industry in 1997 as an agent selling accident and sickness policies. He then started selling life insurance in 2000. It was in 2003 that Jonathan moved into case management and he has been doing it ever since. Jonathan has worked for several brokers and is still a licensed agent. He has been with APS since November of '07 .

Elizabeth Adams - Policy Illustrations
Elizaeth and her team are in charge of Policy Illustrations for QLife. She is also the Director of Advanced Sales for APS. Elizabeth entered the insurance and financial services industry in 1997 as a marketing assistant with a large, multiple carrier Brokerage General Agency in Southern California. She quickly discovered that she greatly enjoyed case design and working with advanced sales concepts. Now in her 8th full year in the industry, Elizabeth 's experience includes marketing and public relations expertise, hardware and software selection and support, contracting and licensing, and new business case management. She is an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors of Orange County and is working towards finishing her certification requirements in order to earn the Certified Financial Planner designation.

Martin Gore - Director of Premium Financing
Dr. Martin Gore is the Director of Premium Financing for QLife and for APS, since July 2008. Martin has worked in the financial services industry for five yeras and, before that, was a biotechnology industry executive in San Diego as well as Melbourne, Australia. As Premium Finance Director at APS Martin is responsible for facilitating the securement of loans for all APS and related business (including USA business) as well as developing and strengthening relationships between APS and leading premium finance vendors. Martin is a native of Scotland and holds a B.Sc.(Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Stirling in Scotland and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from UC San Diego. Martin also serves on the board of directors of Floresta, an interdenominational Christian environmental relief agency that operates in several third world countries.

Will Walker - Senior Underwriter
Will joined the APS team in 2006. He came to APS with 6 years of New Business/Underwriting experience at the carrier and BGA level. Over the years Will has developed a solid reputation with the underwriters and works very closely to get the offers needed to place business. His technical underwriting skills and financial background, from his Finance Degree at San Diego State University, allows him to handle all underwriting aspects of a case.

Melanie Davis - Director of QLE Services
Melanie Davis is QLife's Director of Services in the Utah office. She provides administrative support to the client services division of Quadrant Living. She also serves as the director for all QLAN™ activities and serves as the liaison between TEEM™ and Empowered Wealth, LLC.
With over 15 years in client relations management, Melanie also serves as a client relationship manager.

Stephanie Lucas - Senior Brokerage Director - Annuities
With 6 years experience in the insurance industry, working as a Director of Sales and Marketing for 2 national wholesales and as an annuity specialist behind the scenes for Q-Life, Stephani Lucas has recently taken on the role as our first Annuity Brokerage Director. She is well versed in annuities, life, and advanced sales concepts. She is a licensed agent in Arizona for Life & Health and is currently attending Arizona State University. With a degree Arizon State University she graduated in 2008 with a B.A. in International Business with concentrations on leadership and marketing. She is eager to grow the annuity business for Q-Life and looks forward to working with such a progressive and fast paced company.

Peter Buechler - Annuities
Peter Buechler CLU, ChFC, FLMI, AAPA has joined Advanced Planning Services Annuity Department as the Annuities Marketing and Operations Director. Most recently Pete was acting as Regional Vice President for Annuity sales for a well known insurance carrier after having spent eight years as the Annuity Sales and Marketing Manager for a national wholesaler of life insurance, long term care and annuities. Pete also brings nine years experience selling retail insurance products which helps him bring unique sales and marketing ideas focused on helping agents provide annuity solutions for their clients. In addition to his industry designations, Pete holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from California State University Fullerton. In conjunction to his commitment to Advanced Planning Services, Pete also serves the industry as a board member for his State and Local chapters of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). When not working, Pete enjoys spending time with family and friends camping and fishing throughout the California Sierra Nevada mountain range.
